Let’s face it, shipping chocolate can be a challenge. But don’t worry, we’ve got you covered! Just like the care and consideration we take producing our chocolate, we also want to ensure you that it makes it to your doorstep as efficiently as possible in the same condition it left our shop.

During the summer months (May-September), we ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays each week. This allows for optimal freshness using USPS Priority Mail usually takes 2–3 business days. If you place your order Thursday-Sunday, these orders will be shipped on the following Monday. That said, we do offer support in case of chocolate emergencies! And yes, there are chocolate emergencies. Please email info@eldorachocolate.com and let us know how we can help. We also adjust our packaging during this time to keep your chocolate cool and that is reflected in the shipping cost. We strive for perfection, but we cannot guarantee all of our products will arrive in perfect condition. If you have any issues with an order, please email info@eldorachocolate.com.

We do not ship on national holidays.

We reserve the right to delay shipping during extreme weather conditions and during heatwave (>25℃) conditions. We will ship your order as soon as the weather allows.

If the weather is very warm when your package arrives, chill the chocolate in the fridge for an hour before opening. This allows for you to experience Eldora as we intended.
